Refund and Return Policy

Cancellation: 

- Orders ship out same day. Cancellation of an order cannot be guaranteed under any circumstance. 

Refund:

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a refund within 30 days. Customer pays return shipping. 

How to Return:

- Email quarktool@gmail.com to request a return & refund. We will send you a return shipping label, and refund your order minus the cost of shipping. 

 

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect goods:

- Return of damaged or defective goods will receive full refund.
